Inglis Home Modifications for Independence (HMI) offers accessible modifications to help people with disabilities and older adults remain as independent as possible—while living safely and comfortably in their homes. The HMI program serves homeowners and renters in over 60 counties throughout Pennsylvania. HMI provides grant-funded renovations— from simple, high-impact changes to larger-scale adaptations—tailored to every participant’s needs. All of the home modifications provided by Inglis are focused on helping residents navigate their homes.
