Individual membership is free and open to people with spinal cord injuries or disorders, mobility disabilities, family members, care providers, health care professionals, and interested individuals. 

Join our community by selecting the link to the United Spinal Association National webpage and completing the sign up form. When asked to select a chapter, choose the "PA Pittsburgh Chapter."
